A cum laude graduate of Montclair State College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Susan has been recognized for her communications excellence by trade organizations including the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC); IABC-New Jersey Chapter; Public Relations Society of America (PRSA); and Audio Visual Communicator’s Association (AVCA).
