About

I'm Nancy Sergeant, the founder of Sergeant Marketing and the Milestone Marketing Strategy. I help small to mid-size businesses and non profits get more clients and donors. 

I got my start at Ogilvy and Mather Advertising in New York City representing international consumer brands. I then moved to inhouse marketing counsel at publishing and media companies. I founded Sergeant Marketing, Inc., in 1996 and have helped hundreds of organizations generate millions of dollars.

In early 2020, I launched the Milestone Marketing Program under the Sergeant Marketing brand to give nonprofits and small businesses the opportunity to affordably access strategy development to align marketing, operations, and fundraising/sales. My broad experience was developed in the healthcare, financial, education, manufacturing, consumer products, media, and nonprofit sectors.

The Milestone Mindset LIVE series brings the experience of industry, entertainment, and thought leader experts to individuals, and business and nonprofit and leaders who want to get more clients and donors. I’m your host. It can be seen on my Facebook Channels, and soon to be on LinkedIn.
