Did you know that business owners who receive three or more hours of mentoring report higher revenues and increased growth?
During this virtual event, NJAWBO member Nancy Shea, Co-Chair of the Northwest NJ Chapter of SCORE, will provide insight on SCORE's free mentoring services offered to all small business owners, especially women-owned small businesses, who would like to achieve a higher level of business performance or solve important challenges. You will learn:
- What SCORE mentoring is, the breadth of its services, and what a mentor can and cannot do for you
- How its resources and tools created especially for women entrepreneurs can help you
- Where to find your own mentor and avail yourself of the mentoring services

Nancy Shea

Nancy Shea has been involved with SCORE for four years and is the Co-Chair of the SCORE Northwest NJ Chapter. She joined SCORE to share her business experience with small business owners to help them create a business or achieve success in their existing business. Nancy's career in brand management began at a Fortune 50 consumer products food and beverage company, where she led the development of over $600M in new products and created the business plans for entry into new market segments. She worked across a diverse set of industries along with leading her own innovation consulting firm. She loves creating new businesses, developing the brand positioning, defining the target, and understanding how to compete in a particular market segment. She's also passionate about helping existing businesses find their next growth streams and how to leverage their brand into a new market space.
This event is hosted by the NJAWBO Northwest Region. which covers Morris, Warren, and Sussex Counties.
