Lovelet Kerr is the Founder of All-Genz MediMatch Recruit, a healthcare focused recruitment firm dedicated to strengthening workforce stability across private practices, specialty clinics, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.

With more than a decade of experience across public and private sectors, Lovelet brings a structured, performance driven approach to healthcare recruitment. Her background in Human Resources and Administrative Management enables her to assess hiring performance, identify operational strain, and design disciplined search strategies that prioritize long term workforce continuity.

Her early volunteer work at St Joseph’s Hospital in New Jersey and experience as a home health aide provided direct exposure to clinical environments and shaped her understanding of how staffing decisions influence patient access, team stability, and organizational performance.

Lovelet holds a master’s degree in public policy and management from the University of London and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management with a specialization in Recruitment and Retention from the University College of the Caribbean.
