Inclusivity: A Dynamic Panel Discussion on How to Be an Ally in Times of Turmoil

It is without saying that we are living in very challenging times. The recent events surrounding the killing of black men and women have rocked the nation and left many wondering what we can do as individuals and business women to help our colleagues and women of color. This dynamic discussion will be led by Casey Carpenter, Taryn Abrahams, and Cecelia Henderson and will highlight the importance of raising more self-awareness surrounding the impact of our own actions and behaviors. Learn what it means to be an effective ally, and how you as an individual can help move this from a movement to systemic change. So what can you do? Discover how to uncover personal blind spots that could be limiting your ability to expand your business and take advantage of a diverse network. Gain a deeper understanding about how diversity, inclusion, and allyship are tied to business outcomes and long-term success.
