Build Your Business. Develop Your Leadership. Grow Together.

Join us for a free, in-person gathering to discover how NJSWC helps women business owners build relationships, prepare for opportunities, develop leadership skills, and make their voices heard.

Meet our leadership and members, learn about our programs and upcoming events, and explore what Chamber membership can offer:

• Connections that matter: Connect with fellow women business owners, corporations, and government agencies.
• Opportunity Ready: Our members-only Mastermind helps women business owners work through challenges, share expertise, and prepare for new opportunities.
• Leadership development: Strengthen your leadership and management skills through hands-on experience leading committees and projects.
• Advocacy: Be part of a Chamber that gives women business owners a voice in government and industry.
• Ongoing support and collaboration: Find a community where members learn from one another, exchange ideas, and support each other’s business growth.

Whether you’re launching a business or growing an established company, come discover how you can benefit from—and contribute to—our community.

Get involved. Discover opportunities. Grow your business with NJSWC.
