The Greek Taverna, 292 Bloomfield Ave., Montclair, NJ
Are you a New Jersey business owner thinking about succession planning, retirement, or exploring new ways to preserve your company’s legacy?
For the first time, the State of New Jersey is providing both expert guidance and financial assistance to help eligible business owners evaluate whether an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is the right fit. Offered through the New Jersey Economic Development Authority’s new ESOP Assistance Program, this limited pilot program makes it easier than ever to take the first step toward employee ownership. This unique program, offered in partnership with the Rutgers Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing, will help you understand how ESOPs can benefit both your business and your employees.
