In this presentation by Karen Sammer, owner of Your Power Your Health Nutrition and Health Coaching, you will learn what to look for and how to advocate for yourself if you find yourself in the ER and not being heard.

Karen Sammer is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach who also holds certifications in Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition and Nutritional Consulting. She is the owner of Your Power Your Health Nutrition and Health Coaching.
As a breast cancer and SCAD heart attack thriver, Karen works with people who are living with or are at risk for developing chronic illness that can be managed through nutrition and lifestyle changes to prevent, reduce and sometimes even reverse such conditions.
This event is hosted by the NJAWBO Northwest Region. which covers Morris, Warren, and Sussex Counties.
